THE STARS OF JERSEY BOYS PUT DOWN THEIR MICS AND PICK UP THEIR BROOMS FOR A GOOD CAUSE
LAS VEGAS, NV: The stars of Jersey Boys will have you spellbound as they race their custom designed brooms along “Flightlines” on Fremont Street on Wednesday, October 27th. Jersey Boys stars, Travis Cloer, Rick Faugno, Peter Saide, Deven May and Jeff Leibow won’t “walk like a man” down this line; they will fly like one to kick off the 1st Annual Broom Races to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
We ask all media to meet at the landing platform just past the main stage by 7:15 p.m. There you will have a great photo opportunity of the Jersey Boys and the Pro Broom riders making their way down the Flightline. Interview opportunities immediately following landing.
The public is invited to join us with broom in hand (no dust pan required) starting at 7:30 for the first of three hours of non- stop broom racing. Entry fee is $20/rider with 100% of all fees going directly to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southern Nevada Affiliate. The best part everyone wins as our brooms help to clean up on cancer.
Pro Broom riders take flight at 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 under the cobweb covered canopy with wanna-be warlocks, witches and Harry Potter hopefuls flying pre and post races.
