Venue: Veil Pavilion Artist Info: The Avett Brothers is a band made up of brothers Scott Avett on vocals, banjo and drums and Seth Avett on vocals, guitar, and drums along with Bob Crawford on vocals and bass. The Avett Brothers have built a following based on their rowdy and entertaining shows that entice the audience to participate and sing along. Before the release of I and Love and You, the brothers released five full-length albums and two EPs. Their self-titled debut EP in 2001 was shortly followed by the album Country Was. Albums that followed include Mignonette (2004), Four Thieves Gone (2006) and Emotionalism (2007).

The band is made up of Garrett Dutton on guitar and vocals, Jeff Clemens on drums and Jim Prescott on bass. They found success after touring and releasing their album Yeah, It’s That Easy in October 1997. After this epic release, they went on a world tour and continued to release hit albums into the next few years, including Electric Mile in 2001.
