Raise Your Glass for MDA at MonteLago Village Vino di Lago begins in April 2009

Las Vegas, Nevada - April 21, 2009 – MonteLago Village presents the Vino di Lago 2009. The wine tasting events, which began on April 11, 2009, will take place once a month until ending for the season in December. At Vino di Lago, wine enthusiasts from novice to expert can experience wines in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Las Vegas. For those seeking overnight accommodations Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort provides a beautiful retreat near the event venue. All proceeds from the events benefit The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
Muscular dystrophy is an umbrella term that covers 43 different diseases. Currently, 455 families in Southern Nevada are affected by muscular dystrophy. By supporting the MDA, much needed services including free monthly clinics, free flu vaccines and purchase of wheelchairs, leg braces and communication devices can be provided to these families.
Tickets to the events are $25.00 per person and can be purchased online at https://secure.mdausa.org/mdavinodilago/DefaultTickets.aspx or at the event. All participants must be 21 or older and must present a valid identification at the event. The upcoming events are scheduled as follows:
