Imperial Palace Las Vegas will soon be home to the latest location of Ginseng BBQ, one of Las Vegas’ most notable traditional Korean barbeque restaurants. Owned and operated by Mr. In Chun Lee, Ginseng BBQ is set to open within the dining promenade located on the property’s fifth floor, and will feature unique table-side service and traditional Korean cuisine.
