Aria Hotel Resort & Casino Restaurants
Making its 2009 debut at CityCenter is Aria Hotel Resort & Casino with its stunning two curved glass and steel high-rise towers. As a resort property, the hotel has everything you need including 4,004 guest rooms and suites, 16 restaurants, 10 bars and nightclubs, and a casino with 150,000 square feet of gaming space. The hotel is a destination for its architectural beauty and the dining establishments it houses.

Nine fine dining restaurants comprise Aria Hotel Resort & Casino. Barmasa, headed by Chef Masa Takayama, continues the tradition that has made his New York location famous. The interesting thing about Barmasa is that there are two distinctly differently spaces within the restaurant, a causal 150-seat room and a more exclusive 54 seat area called Shaboo. Each serve the same menu and offer the same quality of service, just in different ambiances. In the realm of American cuisine is Jean Georges Steakhouse and American Fish which dish up high quality meats from around the world and refined cuisine cooked by salt-baking, wood-grilling, cast-iron griddling, and ocean-water poaching. For Spanish fare visit Julian Serrano, for Italian there is Sirio Ristorante and for classic Chinese, make reservations at Blossom.

Not to be missed is The Buffet with live-action cooking stations and spectacular views of ARIA's beautiful pools and landscaped courtyards. The fun, friendly atmosphere is true buffet style with all-you-can-eat dining so you can have limitless amounts of made-to-order pastas and omelets, sushi, pizza, prime meats and much more. World Pastry Champion Jean-Philippe Maury's signature creations are presented at the dessert station and are not to be missed!

Aria Hotel Resort & Casino’s complete line up of fine dining and casual eateries are: Barmasa, Shaboo, Sage, Julian Serrano, Jean Georges Steakhouse, Sirio Ristorante, American Fish, Blossom, Union Restaurant and Lounge, The Roasted Bean, Sweet Chill, Jean Philippe Patisserie, Breeze Café, Café Vettro, Skybox Sports Bar and Grill, Lemongrass, and The Buffet.

Off-Strip Restaurants
Just a few minutes off the Strip are a bevy of restaurants waiting to entice your taste buds. Taking pride in his Italian heritage, Gino Ferraro promises Italian cooking as an art form at Ferraro's Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar. Recommended by The 2009 Michelin Guide, the food is time-honored family recipes coupled with a wine selection that won the "Best of Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator in 2008.

Via Brasil Steakhouse is Summerlin's first Authentic Brazilian "Churrascaria," offering a unique dining experience with an emphasis on personalized service. The Brazilian service style, known as "Rodizio" is a fixed price all-you-can-eat experience, featuring over sixteen succulent meats served, on individual skewers, to your table in endless supply.

Giving the residents of Summerlin a place to call their own, Vintner Grill is a traditional bistro with an ever evolving menu. The casual elegance with modern décor allows guests to feel comfortable while eating an inspired lunch or dinner creation.
