Published Speakers
When it comes to booking speakers for your event, you have many choices since industry professionals often dedicate part of their career to work the speaker scene. One way to narrow in on the appropriate speaker for your organization is to seek one that is also an author. Having a book published lends credibility to the speaker who has already dedicated much time to a topic they believe in.
Sometimes a published speaker will create special pricing for the presentation fee and an agreed upon number of books to be given to each audience member. Not only will the book serve as a nice parting gift for attendees, it provides reinforcement of the spoken message and a chance for further reflection. In some cases the speaker fee may even be waived since personal exposure and introduction to the book may be more valuable to them.
