In addition, Aston Hotels and Resorts has recently incorporated the MonteLago Village Resort property into its family of 27 condominium resorts.

While Aston is not looking to change the thematic elements of the new Aston MonteLago Village Resort, some rebranding projects have included the overhaul of entire concepts. For example, the Tropicana has recently spent million of dollars to create a Miami South Beach theme. Corporate professionals are able to experience a Miami backdrop in the Paradise Tower rooms, which offer the same Tropicana amenities but with a different presentation.
A similar revamp can be seen at the former St. Tropez Hotel situated east of the strip. This accommodation facility has now been transformed into one of the city’s unique boutique hotel destinations. Its new moniker, The Rumor Hotel, gives a little insight into what guests can expect. The new interiors are trendy and fashion-forward, not to mention fun and inviting. The four million dollar project spearheaded by the Siegel Group has repositioned the facility as one of the top destinations for visitors who want an edgy, completely different Las Vegas experience. There’s really nothing quite like The Rumor Hotel anywhere in the city.
