Town Square Las Vegas puts family fun, spectacular shopping and dynamic nightlife in the spotlight at the open-air lifestyle center on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip. The 93-acre center opened in November 2007 and features an eclectic mix of retail and restaurants, an 18-screen movie theater and 252,000 square feet of Class “A” office space.

From old-world sophistication to high-energy modernity, every street within Town Square Las Vegas is a distinct, vibrant entity with all the layers and richness found within a real city. The collection of 24 buildings that serves as the center’s backbone presents a detailed collage of old-world and contemporary architectural styles, pedestrian-friendly streets and lushly landscaped walkways that create an ideal atmosphere for enjoying a day with the family. Around every corner of Town Square, visitors find architectural aspects from the world’s greatest cities on the more than 70 different inspired façades with detailed design elements that use authentic materials like marble, stone and handpainted plaster.

The eclectic mix of retailers that make up the Town Square shopping experience include H&M, Juicy Couture, A|X Armani Exchange, bebe, Whole Foods Market, Guitar Center, GUESS, Apple, Lucky Brand Jeans, Victoria’s Secret, Sephora and more.

The incredible array of restaurants at Town Square Las Vegas brings patrons countless new dining concepts and culinary experiences, including BRIO Tuscan Grille, Yard House, Tommy Bahama’s Restaurant & Bar, Texas de Brazil, Miller’s Ale House, english’s and Kabuki Japanese Restaurant. The center also features Bonefish Grill, a Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge, i Love burgers, Capriotti’s and McFadden’s Restaurant & Saloon. A Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will open later this year.

Town Square offers entertainment for the whole family including the AMC Town Square 18 movie theater, a children’s Park and the Baobab Stage, which showcases intimate live theater throughout the year. A 37,000-square-foot GameWorks Las Vegas is slated to open and feature lounge-like bowling, a state-of-the art laser tag arena and a tournament-ready, 100-seat LAN gaming center for online console and PC gaming. Nightlife at Town Square heats up at the renowned dance and live music venue Stoney’s Rockin’ Country while Blue Martini offers an upscale ultra-lounge atmosphere with a large outdoor patio.

Town Square Park at the heart of the center boasts a pavilion for concerts, fashion shows, art shows and special events. The Children’s Park offers a fun play area for kids with a giant, 42-foot live oak tree house with a climbing rope, slides and a fort connected by a bridge. Girls will want to explore the Princess Tower Playhouses with connecting walkway and slides. Rounding out the playground is a fountain with 35 pop jets for splashing play, a hedge maze and Robinia-wood playground equipment. In addition, a children’s theater hosts shows, storytelling, birthday parties and more.

In addition to the shopping, dining and entertainment aspects of Town Square, the complex includes 252,000 square feet of Class “A” office space. Tenants include SolarCity, the largest full-service solar power provider in the country; BDO Seidman, LLP; and tix4tonight. Guests find ample public parking with three covered garages and storefront spots that altogether total 5,800 spaces.
