Vintner Grill is a lively, American Bistro nestled in Summerlin, Las Vegas' premier community. From working lunches to formal dinners, casual date night to family celebrations, Vintner Grill's pleasant and inviting ambiance makes it perfect for a variety of occasions. Created by Executive Chef Matthew Silverman, the menu features American dishes infused with Mediterranean flavors from Spain, France and Italy.
The bistro's compelling architecture combined with the simplicity of its modern decor gives the dining experience a sense of casual elegance. Vintner Grill also offers a beautifully appointed patio featuring two, illuminated cabanas where guests can enjoy their meal in a unique outdoor setting. In short, this "neighborhood gem" proves that there is more to the culinary scene in Las Vegas than what is found on the Strip.

Our private dining room is just off the chef’s table adjacent to our wine cellar, which as you can imagine is a site to behold. It offers a perfect setting for an intimate dinner among friends, or a small meeting with discerning colleagues. Now, there’s also the idea of entertaining at your home with us. In either case, our Chef will prepare menus that perfectly suit every detail while shepherding a staff to ensure perfection. Oh, and let’s not forget, you can always buy out the entire restaurant if need be.
