Meeting Planner Resources fall event brings together meeting planners and hospitality partners for an evening of networking.

Las Vegas, NV - October 6, 2009 – Meeting Planner Resources, LLC held it’s Fall Meetings and Events Las Vegas Event on September 24, 2009 at MiX in Las Vegas. The event brought together meeting planners, association planners and convention representatives from around the country, who are hosting upcoming events in Las Vegas, together with Las Vegas hospitality industry partners. This provided attendees with a chance to network and generate future business. At the event guests were treated to hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while they mingled with each other 64 floors above Las Vegas.
The event demonstrated effective results which was evident in the amount of business it created. “The event was a huge success as we received many emails today regarding our photo booth for different events this year,” said Mark Bragen of LVPhotoparty.com. Bragen and his team featured their photo booth at the event by allowing guest to take complimentary photos. In providing a chance for hospitality partners to promote their product and services directly to meeting planners, Meeting Planner Resources, LLC created a fruitful environment for new business ventures.
The host venue, MiX in Las Vegas recognized the success of the event on many levels. “…I was able to reconnect with some old faces, meet new people and, most importantly, booked some business the night of the event. It couldn’t have turned out better,” said MiX General Manager Steve Moberly. Attendee Debbie Hughes from House of Blues Las Vegas shared Moberly’s sentiments, “I had a great time and believe I made some solid contacts. It was a great event.”
Bringing this group of attendees together exposes Las Vegas’ hospitality partner’s products and services to the planners who use them and who may have otherwise not known they existed. “Being part of the event last night was a great opportunity for networking with real decision makers…Because we are a very niche product, it is sometimes hard to convey what we really do over the phone or email. Overall, it was a benefit and a huge opportunity for our company,” said Bragen.
