Two Authentic Mainland Chinese Restaurants, Lavish Décor and Colorful Lion Dance Parade Are Highlights of 35 Years of Chinese New Year Celebration

What:
Caesars Palace will celebrate Chinese New Year with a traditional and entertaining lion dance parade inviting luck and happiness for the New Year. Firecrackers will cackle through the air to ward off evil spirits as lion dancers parade around the iconic front fountains and through the hotel lobby and public areas. Caesars Palace executives will paint the eyes of and present the lion with gifts of lettuce and wrapped red envelopes of money, to wish wealth for the New Year. The festivities will begin at the resort’s front entrance and progress through the lobby and public corridors. Beijing Noodle No. 9 casual dining features the talent of Beijing Chef Yu Li, with extensive diverse menu focused on the best culinary traditions of China. Sea Harbour restaurant – renowned fine seafood dining restaurants from mainland China celebrates its first year offering the finest in authentic Cantonese seafood at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
