For the first time, Michelin 3-star chef Masayoshi Takayama brings his unrivaled mastery of Japanese cuisine to Las Vegas with BARMASA and Shaboo. Also new to Las Vegas is chef Shawn McClain. His AAA Four-Diamond Sage was recently nominated “best new restaurant of the Southwest” by James Beard. Private dining rooms and buyouts for groups and events are available at all of the impressive venues.

A dynamic selection of bars and lounges are also available for large or small private events. In addition, HAZE nightclub, the Graceland-inspired Gold Boutique Nightclub and Lounge or the high-roller Deuce Lounge can accommodate any type of affair.

As the entertainment centerpiece of ARIA, the visionary creative team at Cirque du Soleil® presents “Viva ELVIS”™, a rockin’ blend of dance, music and acrobatics that pays tribute to the life and musical legacy of Elvis Presley. Significant moments in his life – intimate, playful and grandiose – blend with the timeless songs that remain as relevant today as when they first hit the top of the charts.

The Spa & Salon at ARIA offers a complete menu of skincare, massage and hydrotherapy treatments and spa suites designed to accommodate couples’ treatments, bachelorette parties or small group events. Perfectly complementing the luxurious spa amenities are the full-service salon, barbershop, deluxe fitness room, and group exercise studio.

Extraordinary shopping awaits at Crystals, CityCenter’s shopping, dining and nightlife district. Crystals houses more than 500,000 square feet of the world’s most elite luxury brands and high-end couture and dynamic dining concepts. Specialty events can be held in many of the truly unique spaces inside Crystals.

ARIA provides Las Vegas’ premier meeting experience featuring modern architecture, distinctive décor, and 300,000 square feet of technologically advanced meeting and pre-function space. The ARIA convention space brings the outside in through a spectacular glass curtain wall spanning the entire north façade of the facility. Beautiful desert plants appear to meander from the pool deck onto the first level meeting rooms creating rooftop gardens that elevate the senses and enhance the meeting experience.

Three levels of flexible space feature two registration desks with office space on each level. The four ballrooms range in size from 20,000 to 51,000 square feet and three offer fully functioning theatrical stages. Multiple loading docks and drive-in ramps make set up and teardown efficient, and megavators provide convenient access for moving equipment to the upper levels. Each level offers meeting rooms to complement the large ballrooms with additional breakouts to host smaller programs with requirements for 800 to 3,400 square feet. Two executive boardrooms are designed for intimate meetings with intricate presentation requirements such as video conferencing.

Incredible technology takes production and execution to a new level throughout the entire convention facility. ARIA’s full line of theatrical lighting fixtures, built-in overhead audio systems and digital consoles, along with an in-house technical staff, will ensure a successful event.

The Business Services Center provides comprehensive tools and assets while convention services managers, catering managers, banquet staff and convention concierge help to execute every program flawlessly. This experienced team anticipates the needs of each group and orchestrates a multitude of services and requests from group show tickets to tee times and fun runs to community giving. ARIA’s convention concierge manages the on-site details ensuring that function rooms are set and refreshed and last minute requests are handled with ease.
