Planning a meeting in Las Vegas or attending a convention in Las Vegas and having to organize satellite events?
Meetings Venues for Whatever You Need
Themes to the extreme
Sometimes your event really needs something extra or truly quirky to really make it memorable and fun for attendees. Just as many of the Las Vegas mega resorts are known for carrying a theme through the complex, several smaller venues throughout Las Vegas take that thematic idea to a whole new level. From pawnshops and parrot-head parties to wax celebrities and ties to the Mob, Las Vegas’ themed event venues offer something for any special occasion or corporate function.

Made famous by the History Channel’s Pawn Stars, the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop quickly became a popular tourist destination in Las Vegas. Now Gold & Silver Pawn is also available for booking private social and corporate events that include meet-and-greets with one or all of the stars of the hit show. Groups of various sizes can come directly to the pawnshop and have a VIP experience celebrating their special occasion with a possibility of becoming “extras” in a Pawn Stars episode. The primary event space is a 1,300-square-foot, four-walled, open-air outdoor party pad, but the 3,500-square-foot retail space and the large parking lot also can be incorporated into the event.

The Flamingo’s Margaritaville Restaurant proves that it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere. Teeming with “Buffett Lifestyle” references, including clever winks to famous songs and island-beach décor, your group can experience an entertaining beachcomber escape where the beat of island party music, Floribbean cuisine and dockside atmosphere create an unforgettable backdrop for an island adventure. Three distinct levels let guests sit and socialize, dance the night away or enjoy a favorite cocktail. The Clipper Room, with its private outdoor patio, overlooks the Las Vegas Strip as does the rooftop 12 Volt space, which can be combined with the Tequila Bar for indulging in some unique concoctions. The Marina Level includes the private ship Euphoria and makes guests feel like they are sailing away to the sights and sounds of the island wayfarer himself.

For a one-of-a-kind special events venue where more than 100 of the world’s hottest celebrities, politicians, athletes and entertainment legends are there to attend your function, look to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. Madame Tussauds features seven themed areas filled with lifelike A-List celebrities and historical figures with which your guests are encouraged to touch, interact and take pictures. With more than 30,000 square feet of unique and functional event space on two levels, Madame Tussauds is perfect for a variety of events, including sit-down and buffet-style dinners, receptions, product launches, holiday parties, team-building events and corporate functions. Book a room or two for more intimate events, or Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is also available for complete buyout for groups up to 1,000.

Back in the day, Las Vegas was all about the Mob, and so are some of the themed venues today, particularly The Mob Museum and Mob Attraction Las Vegas.

In the heart of downtown Las Vegas, The Mob Museum presents a memorable experience dedicated to the history of the Mob in the 20th century and beyond. Located in one of the few remaining historically significant buildings in Las Vegas—the historic former U.S. Post Office and federal courthouse that held one of the Kefauver Hearings exposing organized crime in the 1950s—The Mob Museum offers a fun and unique setting for Mob-infused special events. The 41,000-square-foot building is a part of the city’s history and a fantastic venue that offers 17,000 square feet of exhibition space on three floors. Each room—from intimate boardrooms and corridors to the historic courtroom itself—has a unique vibe. Choose one space or rent out the whole museum for up to 400.

Less museum and more spectacular attraction, Mob Attraction Las Vegas is an event space with an integral entertainment element that takes visitors on an immersive, highly interactive journey through the history of organized crime and the impact its major players had on building Las Vegas. The venue is perfect for hosting a distinctive private or corporate event. With more than 27,000 square feet, each room takes guests back in time to when the Mob ran Las Vegas and thrusts them into the action with 3D holograms and live character actors to enhance the experience. Buyout of the attraction is available, but its three main event spaces include City Streets for a reception up to 200; the Atrium, a sophisticated open rotunda area featuring more than 1,000 authentic Mob artifacts; and the Village Square and Jewelry Store for a reception of up to 300.
