Brooklyn Bridge, New York New York Hotel
Since the New York-New York Hotel & Casino opened on the Las Vegas Strip on January 3, 1997, it has added to the Vegas Strip in a dynamic way. Not only is the property’s interior appealing with New York themed gambling areas, bars and eating areas, the exterior is an impressive architectural structure of towers which resembles New York City skyscrapers. In fact, the outside of the hotel is what often piques the attention of those walking the Strip. One of the highlights of the New York-New York Hotel exterior is the The Brooklyn Bridge which runs alongside the property and is often filled with pedestrians moving up and down the Strip and in and out of the New York-New York Hotel & Casino. As thousands of people enjoy The Brooklyn Bridge for its practicality and beauty, meeting planners have the exclusive privilege of renting the space for their event needs. As the Las Vegas Strip as the back drop, attendees will enjoy the up close and personal views of the Chrysler Building, Empire State Building, and Statue of Liberty replicas. The Brooklyn Bridge offers 10,000 square feet of wide open space with comfortable accommodations for receptions of up to 800 people and dining for up to 600 people. World Market Center Las Vegas
If you have not heard of the World Market Center Las Vegas, you will soon realize why this exceptional property is serving many functions for many industries world wide. The expansive 5,000,000-square-foot space is primarily a showcase for the home and hospitality contract furnishings industry in downtown Las Vegas. As each phase of construction has debuted throughout the years since 2005, World Market Center Las Vegas has morphed into one mega-campus and upon completion will make it the largest and most comprehensive showroom and convention complex in the industry. With such an abundance of space and amenities it is only natural to use this iconic architectural wonder as an event destination too. The abundance of space coupled with flexibility and convenience offers meeting planners peace of mind knowing they can either start with a blank canvas and create the event from the ground up, or use the venue resources to aid in creating a completely turnkey process. Venue rentals can include: smart building with state-of-the-art technologies; Wi-Fi access; outdoor sound system and lighting; easy access loading docks and freight elevators; ample on-site parking, including valet service; and outstanding customer service. In addition to the on-site amenities, the accessibility to the I-15 and US-95 freeways makes regional commuting easy and approachable.

Symphony Park
Making headlines with its extravagant master plan to reinvigorate the City of Las Vegas, Symphony Park has indeed fulfilled its promise to serve as a source of pride and rejuvenation. As a whole, Symphony Park will be a mixed-use urban community with the following facilities committed to joining the park: The Smith Center for Performing Arts; Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health; Discovery Children’s Museum; The Charlie Palmer; residential communities by Newland Communities; and a casino-hotel developed by Forest City. For event planners, Symphony Park will also bring with it new and exciting venue space. The 2,050-seat Reynolds Hall will contain a full orchestra pit and 300-seat cabaret theater that overlooks Symphony Park. The stage can be rented for a special event of your choosing as well as the inviting and sophisticated Grand Lobby, an open space ideal for an elegant cocktail reception or a seated dinner. Within the Boman Pavilion is the Cabaret Theater and the Studio Theater, both which are smart spaces for an intimate setting. With nearly 1 million square-feet of flexible exhibit space on two levels you would be hard pressed to find a more comprehensive events center on the grounds of a hotel. Other areas include three levels of elegantly decorated, multi-purpose meeting and function space; four pillarless, high-ceiling ballrooms ranging from 31,000 to 100,000 square feet; the largest pillarless hotel ballroom in the nation, a 100,000 square-foot 'mega-ballroom'; and breakout space to accommodate more than 75 simultaneous meetings. Meeting and event rentals at the Mandalay Bay Events Center brings with it the MGM Resorts full event service company and their staff of industry experts to help design and produce your perfect gathering. The Mandalay Bay Events Center is host to many large scale national events year-round which translates into the practical knowledge and familiarity needed when partnering with a facility. Las Vegas Convention Center

The Las Vegas Convention Center is a trusted and modern facility which exhibit organizers use annually to manage and produce some of the largest tradeshows in the country. All this couldn’t be done without the 2 million square foot facility located within a short distance of more than 100,000 guest rooms. For smaller venue rentals there are 144 meeting rooms, more than 241,000 square feet, to handle seating capacities ranging from 20 to 2,500. The exhibit halls and meeting rooms are linked by a grand lobby and registration area of more than 225,000 square feet. Not only is the connectedness of space convenient for attendees, it is also handy for organizers who simultaneous set-up, break-down and exhibit at multiple events. All of the Las Vegas Convention Center is operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), which is well known among industry professionals for its versatility and reliability.
